About the Role

At Terrion Labs, our mission is to build real-world software that makes digital experiences simpler, faster, and more meaningful. We focus on creating practical products with strong design, clean engineering, and user-first thinking. We are building and improving live applications where interns can learn by doing—not by watching. Our goal is to help early-career talent grow into strong professionals through mentorship, ownership, and real product work. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer Intern who is passionate about creating clean, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work on actual product screens and flows used in live applications.

What You'll Do

  • Design modern UI screens for web/mobile products
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Improve usability and consistency across the application
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
  • Contribute to component libraries and design systems
  • Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions

Requirements

  • Master's degree or PhD in computer science or related technical fields.
  • Basic knowledge of UX principles and UI design best practices
  • Familiarity with Figma (preferred) or similar tools
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly
  • Good visual sense for typography, spacing, and layout
  • Portfolio (academic/personal/project work is acceptable)
  • Eagerness to learn and improve quickly

What We Offer

  • Work on real, production-level applications
  • Mentorship from product and engineering team members
  • Strong learning scope in practical UX/UI workflows
  • On-site collaborative environment
  • Team lunches and healthy team culture
  • Potential conversion to full-time role based on performance
  • Note: This is an unpaid internship for a 3–6 month duration. Candidates selected for this role will gain hands-on experience working on real applications, and exceptional performance may lead to full-time opportunities.
